ALG Seminar 2018

The Auckland Lifelines Group Seminar and Volcanic Impacts Study Group Seminar was held on 1 June 2018.  Presentations are available in the Events page.   

Genset Performance in Volcanic Ash

This recently completed project assessed the performance of generators in volcanic ash with a number of recommendations for business continuity planners.  The presentation report is in the document library.

Volcanic Ash Impact Posters

We continue to update our suite of posters providing guidance to utility managers responding to volcanic ash events - water, wastewater, buildings and roads have been updated in June 2018.  Go to the document library to download these posters.

The Auckland Lifelines Project - Volcanic Plan is also being updated, to present the latest knowledge on Auckland's volcanic impacts on infrastructure and strategies to manage these impacts.
